Adoption Application

In order to adopt a Sheepadoodle puppy, or one of our a  fully trained trained Sheepadoodles from our family here at My Sheepadoodle, we ask that you fill out the brief application below. After you submit your application information, we'll review your application and if approved... we'll then ask that you place a $500 deposit. This deposit allows you the opportunity to place your name on one of our current or upcoming litters with an open puppy reservation position. Or, you may instead choose to adopt any available puppy or trained dog. Please know that your deposit is always refundable up to the point where you actually choose a specific puppy or older dog, when available.
